Helm is a good cp. Although it can be a bit confusing at first. We use it and have been quite happy with it. You might also check out H-Sphere http://psoft.net

Help is sweet because it has a billing system built in it. I think, I may be talking about another one

Helm does have a billing system built in, but it's kinda buggy. We don't use it (the billing section) because of the bugs.

Helm and H-Sphere are both equally good IMO. You can see a demo of H-Sphere here (https://cp.phoenixrising-web.com/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP?action=login&login=windowsdemo&password=windowsdemo). I like the H-Sphere layout and features a little better, but I went with Helm because the reseller option was cheaper for me at my provider.

We've downloaded Helm's demo (about two months ago), but it was buggy right from the beginning. We couldn't even add a reseller, nor an end user account, so we didn't bring into our production environment.

We will give another shot in several months or so.

Oh yeah. It was H-Shpere that has the good billing built into it.

i have newly installed helm demo on my home server... Which is

windows 2003 Enterprise
256 MB SDRAM
Celeron 600 @ 675 Mhz

i had some problems in the begining of the installation but then i dont know how can i resolve it but it is working well...

Now i have a problem again. Helm is working perfectly on local machine but when i tried to connect on another machine it says
You are not authorized to view this page...

i cant resolve it.. i give all permissions and install all extensions on server...
Anyway. i think helm is good for windows..

Helm is nice & they have been upgrading their billing system lately. It takes a little to get used to the architecture though. Once that has happened - it is a joy to work with.

We purchase a monthly license from http://www.helmtastic.com as well. They should be releasing 4.0 in the near future.
