I had heard some bad things about RackShack a few times ago but I finally signed up and I'm quite impressed so I have to tell it :) It seems to be a well-managed company, the support people in chat room answers question quickly (they gave me a new IP address in a few hours), the member area is useful (lets you add domain names in their DNS, control bandwidth, check billing, monitor server, etc...). In comparison, tt seems some other hosting companies have to get a confirmation fax from the CEO in holiday to reboot your server :) Offering 300Gb for $99 is certainly a bet (if everyone was using 300Gb, they would probably go bankrupt), but with a well-managed company like this I'm sure they have a good chance to survive.
