I am worried about the size of my log files. they get to be from about 30-65mb in 24hrs. They are big enough that i cant analyze them properly.
Any idea how much traffic/Uniques that size of log would equal out to?

you cant really judge uniques by size of logs, or transfer for that matter. Basicly anything that gets transferd sent or whatever goes into a log. On a server Im shutting down soon, the logs are about 750, about a little over a gig for both error and access for about 30 days. What do you use to access. Wusage seems to parse fine, of course the more ram and prossesor you have the better. Try wusage for parsing your logs. Also I couldnt tell if you are doing this or not, but you can rotate the logs, ie access log is saved as accesslog.1
or you can just remove the logs and restart apache and start clean.

they are IIS4 logs, on an NT/IIS4 server.
I just delete them anyways.
its no big deal anymore. i am going to change to a host better equipped for my needs
