Does any1 know how to change what an application OR link opens with???
Ya know on some Progree's,etc....You click to open it and a box comes up saying OPEN WITH??
Well,i wanna change some some my audio lniks TO OPEN DIRECTLY THE MEDIA PLAYER!!!!
Right now it opens the browser first then opens WMP,theres gotta be a way to make it just open Windows Media Player......(If ya dont open it from the browser)

Go to Windows Explorer. Click Tools>Folder Options. Select the File Types tab. In the top table, scroll down and highlight the file type you wish to asign. In the bottom section, click on "Change". Select the program that you wish to use (by default) for that file type.

I think you should make a tutorial for this here dude. ;) And maybe one for Artashes on how to sign up for eBay.

OR...Hold SHIFT while right-clicking the file. Select "Open With" and "Choose program" - check the box to make it "permanent" :D
Steve-VST, Artashes problems with eBay are apparently beyond tutorial assistance. I think the fact that he lives in Quebec is the problem. Years ago, Quebec wanted to separate from Canada. So I think eBay is waiting for them to declare their separate national status. :D (Just a little slam from the rest of Canada...) :emlaugh:

Hmmmmm,my .asx setting is already set to open with Windows Media Player......I duo why the browser opens first then,hmmm......
I did set ZIP files to open with THE UNZIP WIZARD though,so.....
