Telehouse, Redbus, Manchester IFL, Global Switch, etc. Do some more research and say what you need and i'd be able to advise you better.

it depends on where ytour tarket client base is, as you really want the fastest possible most stable performance for your client base
in the recent TA14 issues, many US hosted sites were simply unavailable for a week to the UK so that and the lower latency are the most common reasons for hosting your serevrs here if your clienst are in the UK
That combined with if it's *your* box then colo close to where you are for visits, install etc makes some sense
You can try 4dhosting.com and kdaewebservices.co.uk
for decent collocation in the UK
I hear good things about NAC for stateside colo

Hi,
Rob made most the main points really, it makes sense to be close to your target audience, especially if you're doing something that is quite suceptable to latency issues e.g. streaming, game servers etc.
Thank you,

Yes, it's better to locate the hardware close to your userbase, less "hops" for the transit to go through, take advantage of peering points IX etc
Pretty much any data centre will supply you space and bandwidth as separate items, with a neutral colo facility like we use (Redbus Interhouse) you pick your bandwidth suppliers entirely separate to any rackspace requiremenst etc.
Resellers or partners will do bundle delas which can work out cheaper than buying separately.
What are your requirements re rackspace, transit, backupos, power etc ?
If you post in the offers & requests people will make offers based on your needs.

Your colo provider will provide you with bandwidth. I doubt your in a position to be doing anything clever with your internet connection so you'll probably find you'll get a deal of xU of rack space with xxGb of data transfer or xmbit of bandwidth per month.
If you're leasing your hardware then someone else will fix it when it goes wrong. If you're looking after your own hardware then you need to compromise between putting your server at the heart of the internet (eg London docklands) or moving to the 'edges' (say Manchester IFL, Telecity etc) but that depends on what you want your servers to do.
