Anyone uses the Catalog feature in Revecom?

When I select "Add to cart" in the catalog, it will take me to the billing page to fill out, and it does not add to previous items.

I got my account with them 3 weeks ago and called them already (Plus many support tickets) and was told that it was suppose to be fixed Sept 2.

Any help will be appreciated.

(I guess I should have asked the support, Sept of what year ??)

Hi,

My advice for you is to call them.

Tell them

1) You cannot process transaction and carry on your business without appropriate service from them. The company tel number is
2) Tell them your ticket number if necessary.
3) Let them know which transaction or process that need immediate clearance.

Insist

1) them to provide the level of services as shown on their website, otherwise, let them know you will cancel their services and go for PayPal.com
2) them to reply your email as provided and as mentioned in the their email ticketing system.

Ask them
1) why it takes so long for them to answer your questions
2) will this happens next time again, because customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. and if they continue to do so, ask them to give u a date or time frame when can return an answer each time u request for support.
