I have some money in my paypal account.

I learned that Paypal requires a credit card to send money.

After i add a credit card and i send money, does the money i send come from the money already in my account or does the charge go to my credit card?

The last time I used paypal, it first deducted money from my paypal account & then since it was more it asked me if I wanted to use the CC on file or another CC.

I wonder how one can add funds to a non-US PayPal Personnal account?
Is it possible to use a foreign bank account to add funds--within the list of accepted countries that PayPal deals with? (I don't think so...)
Or is it possible to add funds to a Personnal account using a (non US) credit card? ...From what I understant, you can only add funds to your PayPal personnal account via a US checking (saving?) account... Could anybody confirm this? :(
I am a bit confused :confused: because it is not so clear if you really need a Premium/Business Account in order to add funds with your credit card...
If anybody knows, i would appreciate your input :)

You would need to have an account in the US to transfer funds into and out of your paypal account. So basically if you don't have a US account you would have to transfer money using your credit card.

I thought it was only for the upgraded Premium/Business account you could do that (?)
Are the funds added immediately or it takes a lot of paperwork (non-US... but in the list of countries supported) or verifications?

As far as i am aware, yes you can add funds just using your credit card. If your balance in paypal is $0 it asks you for your credit card.

Let say a (non-US) client creates a Personnal PayPal account and adds funds with his/her CC, can me (the merchant with a non-US Personnal Paypal account) get paid just by email?
Or do I really need a Premium/Business account?

With a Personnal Paypal account, can one add payment buttons on a website? Or is that only for Business/Premium accounts?
