hello we've got a cpanel3 using neomail, always been good but since 2 days it answers that way when opening a "read webmail" session:

Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie -- access denied!

Where could the problem be?

try using the fix email in WHM
or
try re-updating your cpanel by running /scripts/upcp
