I'm having all kinds of problems connecting my servers from city to city together today...

Weinbar <---> ACSDatanet (Phoenix <---> Los Angeles), my monitoring site to pwebtech (Seattle <---> NJ / NYC area)...

Major packet loss, etc. Get 1/2 hour of really bad connections, then it goes OK... but off and on for last 24 hours.

Anyone recommend web sites to check on the backbones?

I presume the new IIS virus? could be causing it?
