I heard so many times that people lost money on their paypal account because of scammers, and paypal didn't do anything about it, I meant, did they give any protection?

For example A was being scammed by B. A sent paypal funds to B. Then B transfer the funds to his/her bank account.

Now, my question is, does paypal give any protection if that happen?

Can paypal just take the funds back from the scammers' bank account and give it back to A?

Try calling them. Also, for reference, their protection is only valid up to 30 days. If A had a credit card, they would also be able to file a claim after 30 days through them.

Now, you could do a chargeback, and I believe they will take funds out of their account.

This is all just to my knowledge, though.

Yes they can, They can also charge B's credit card, and even send him a bill. Read Paypals FULL terms of service

And by signing up A and B have both FULLY agreed with their LEGALLY allowed digital signature

I once had a talk with an official of a famous worldwide bank about fraudsters. His story was that everyday his bank loses a lot of money to fraudsters and electronic thiefs but their policy is not to reveal any of the incidents because bad publicity can harm their business to a greater degree. He also said they simply absorb and write off the losses in cases where small amounts are involved.

I knew some companies that accept bank transfers - by requiring the client to enter their bank account info ? Is this method secure?

By company do you mean PayPal or a PayPal merchant or something?

Not paypal nor merchant - a company that sells things and accept bank transfer by requiring the user to enter their bank account, is this method secure?
