Hi,

Have anyone of you gotten good / bad results from
Brainfox PPC advertising?

Prices seems good, but as of this time the signup/click is
very low. I know the reason can be bad plans, not good
looking website etc. but it`s still weird.

Experience anyone?

My own experience is prety bad. In 2 years we have had less than 12 clicks. The money just sits in their account. I would stick it in google or overture if I were you.

I've not dealt with this company directly, but I can tell you that quiet a bit of PPC traffic is fake (well PPC search engines that is excluding overture and google), after working in the industry for over 2 years.

As mgphoto said, use Google and Overture. Although it might cost you quiet a bit more money, you'll get a better ROI.

I just tested the company.
I only invested $30, but it gave me no signups.

When I look at the refferer logs they are coming from sites like this:

http://some_searchengine/search?keyword=celeberties

And 90% of the keywords that log showed me was keywords
I never bidded on. How could that happen?

Should I trust brainfox.com or my own refferer logs?

Should I request a refound?

I would request a refund, sounds really fishy...

I do not recommend brainbox.com due to high number of fraud clicks from their affiliates ;(

We had similar experiences with them.
The proble is that they have very poor distribution through sites who get commission per search.
This just encourages fraud.
I have had the same thing with Google though so I don't use the linked advertising network.

I dont think ther eis anything Dodgy about Brainfox.
They are actually customers of ours so I know they are a bona fide business.

These days you need Overture and compared to two years ago people are not drilling down through listing so you need to be in the top 5 (top 3 for most terms to get any traffic).

The bidding is crazy. I don't know how we afford it, but I tried to stop a few months back and the business went into decline so it obviously does work.

However, I stopped Findwhat and Espotting and that had no effect on sales (very interesting).
I redirected that cash into Overture and Google.
We spend about $10K per month on PPC advertising.
