You might want to check out http://www.harbor-net.com I"m currently with them. thier rates are pretty good.

If your looking for the lowest rates charge.com has preety good ones.

I'm not checking for the lowest rates necessarily... I (we) am looking for the most possibilities.

We need to be able to have recurring fees, update that fee as someone increase or decrease its monthly fee, etc.

We are looking at our local CIBC bank for that.

I am satisfied with goenerchant.com they have good phone and e-mail support and easy to use control panel.
