I have some friends who are serious about starting a site. This site will be selling adult products.

Now, this is the thing, they are looking to have a way to accept credit cards for selling and subscriptions, but they want the script to look at the zip code on the CC billing address and deny access to anyone from their local zip code.

Is this possible, and what would something like that cost?

I was just looking at ibill, and I think it can be setup this way.
