Very interesting, but only 7GB of transfer? Why so little?

I don't see how 7GB traffic is so little. We have yet to have one reseller go over the 7GB limit, many of them with 40+ domains hosted. IF you need it, additional GB can be purchased at $3/gb additional.

Reseller accounts are intended to so suck up all the given resources. Even if the host does get their BW for $2.00/GB, it would cost them $14/mo. already, plus server resources, support, and the list goes on. I mean you gotta leave some room for profit. :D

Well, actually guys the current location I am renting my dedicated servers from charges $2.90/GB. So, figuring if someone uses the whole 7GB which is included with the $20/month account it would cost me a total of $20.30 cents. ($2.90 * 7)

Now, perhaps if I had purchased my dedicated server at rackshack I would have more to work with (and am considering it for the future), but i'm not stealing from anyone here. Only matching transfer costs, and taking a small $1 profit for setup and support time.

It seems to me there is more than enough room for profit, considering 90% of my personal clients use less than 200 MB transfer a month. That would equal 35 accounts with about 15 MB storage and 200MB transfer at $1.57 cost per account to the reseller, and that is no room for profit?

I'm not really sure I understand your question. The 7GB, & 500MB storage, as well as the main reseller domain are all provided at no extra cost for $20/month. Each additional domain sharing that space/transfer is $1/month. I did not mean "free" as in geocities or other "free" web services-only free from additional transfer charges as long as you stay within that limit.
