14. If a reseller does not want to continue a reseller partnership, it can be terminated at any time. Hostiva will take over the management of all of reseller clients' accounts.

It just means that your clients won't be left hanging if you decide to get out of the business. Likewise, you don't have to worry about what'll happen to your reseller accounts.

It seems like a very practical arrangement.

We have done the same thing for resellers in the past at their request. I don't see anything wrong with that.

Yes. I agree; Infact it's one of the reasons you shd consider going with hostiva. A reseller is more secured there :)

Okay.... what up wit tat?

Is hostchecker trying to "Strain at a nat, while swallowing a cow"?

Hostiva has recieved nothing but good responses by the folks here.
And I appoligize for saying, but it isn't very nice to try and make up some kind of controversy, by interpreting one general sentence that simply states a basic policy.

It dosen't say anything that would indicate that the policy is a negative!!!!

Shame on you..... naughty, naughty

Well, that's the point of a discussion forum. Ask questions, get answers. I don't find anything wrong with posts or threads that aren't entirely accurate, as not everyone is going to read things right, or they'll interpret things differently.
