What you probably need is a shopping cart. If you do a little looking around then you will probably find what you are looking for. I know a lot of hosts offer Shopping Carts with their packages, especially if they are an Alabanza host.

Sorry, can't write one for you, but http://www.hotscripts.com has a lot of what you're thinking of, and in a heap of different languages. I'd point you at something in particular but don't know what type of script you're looking for (javascript, cgi, php etc)
