Try one of their mirror site which I believe some have even version 7.3 etc..

mostly all the links will directly link to R.H 9, after you login to ftp go up to linux dir. you should be to find the list of older versions

No, usually its only the first 2 or 3 cd's from memory 8 uses the first 3

There is almost always a full CD for DOCS...

CD's 4 and 5 are source rpms.
1,2 and 3 are required.
You can even download from redhat.com
http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/8.0/en/iso/i386/

That is the best place to get all of the ISOs
