We are a small (100 customers) hosting company, and are looking to add ticket system support rather than just using our email support . Any suggestions of FREE ticket systems that are pretty good? I've seen a ton of them, but wanted to ask first.

I can speak for ticketsmith. It does exactly what it needs to do - no more, no less. Give it a try.
