I need 40GB space and 700GB of Monthly Transfer or more, Cpanel, 256 or 512MB of RAM and setup FREE!

You are basically asking for an ev1servers server however I would not reccomend them. I'd say managed.com, nocster or servermatrix. They are cheaper than what you ask for and provide 300 GB more bandwidth. Managed.com is the absolute cheapest. Servermatrix and nocster are about tied. (nocster is $10/mo. cpanel, SM is $20/mo. cpanel).

For an economic solution would I suggest either http://www.ev1servers.net or http://www.servermatrix.com
Bot the providers have:
Cheap cPanel
Solid network
24/7 reboot and technical support

Look in dedicated server offer forum. There are few Xmas special going on.

sounds great i may sign up.
I would suggest dv2, servermatrix or ev1servers. I have had nearly 100% uptime since I moved accounts to servers in these data centers. Support has been good as well.
