View Full Version : E-Online Data Response Times
datums 12-10-2003, 06:12 PM | I have been trying to get in contact with E-online Data to cancel my account. 3 days after the request was sent in, I was told it was sent to support to be cancelled, I waited and waited, no confirmation. I emailed them again, they got back to me within a day, stating they would not be sending a confirmation and that the account had been cancelled. Today I check and I have been charged 79 for the gateway.
Can someone from e-online data contact me offline.

I feel your pain. We have had a nightmare with our E-online Data Account. Yes someone always answers the phone but its always the damn call center telling you that they will give someone the message.
Even when we wanted to signup it took them over a week to get back to us. When you want support forget about it, youll never get a call back.
I usually just call Authorize.net and they have some special # to get ahold of someone in support at E-onlinedata , but I havent been able to get this special number as of yet.
Just curious why are you canceling your account ? |
