Ever since DirectI launched webhosting.info am i the only one that's starting to get a little bugged about the mass increase in reseller "updates"

For those of you who don't have an account with DirectI, basically for the last few weeks i don't think there's been a day i can remember where i've not received an email from directi about some sort of update/service news/change (sometimes 2 a day) which just so happens to have been made into a topic at their nice new forums on webhosting.info.

Mabye i shouldn't be moaning about being kept informed, but i can't help thinking that half these "updates" are just an excuse to mass mail their forum address, once again. :eek3:

Maybe they have an opt out? Perhaps ask them

the updates are meant to keep u informed. offcourse there is an opt out. from within ur panel as well as by mailing us. please send in your username/email address to our support team and we will take care of this

Yeap I have got a lot from them lately, haven't really had the time to opt out yet but have directed all emails to a folder which I don't check on a daily basic and it won't come through my Outlook.

I prefer to be informed on whats going on. I always prefer the proactive approach rather than the reactive one.
