Is anyone else having Internet issues now? I cannot reach some sites, and others I can. I cannot connect to ICQ, yet the network is up. I can ping web servers, I know that Apache is working, yet it does not connect.

Also, I cannot get even MSN to load up. It comes and goes.

I, personally, am not having any problems, but I am talking with someone via MSN right now and he is contantly being booted. He's also complaining about the same problems you mentioned. He's in the New Orleans area.

I am not using MSN dialup - I am on a DSL connection, but still, I think there is a router that is screwed up somewhere, or there are a bunch of computers being affected by the new worm that is out there.

I am having the same problems you are having. I have difficulties connecting to icq and msn. And severe lag too.

the lag that you seeing is from the new virus.
it is much better design than code red II
it also has payloads that affect ICQ and there is research going on about the ftp attact that it might do.
