I had asked this Q. there too...don't want to break rules in non-advertising forum. I noticed that the poster did get contacted by providers off-board....is that ok ?

My understanding of the Colocation & WebHosting Forum Rules was that providers cannot contact posters with offers thru even PM or Email.

If the OP views it as spam, and others get the same from the same host via PM, then it is treated as spam. If they report it, we will review it on an individual basis.

In some threads, the OP doesn't seem to find anything to meet his requirements and keeps posting back for more suggestions. So, it does seem reasonable in such cases IMO.
