I spend a great deal of my time searching for beta versions, demos and free trials of web related products. I sign up for and try out everything my outdated system can handle. What little knowledge of anything technical I may have has not come from any type of formal training or education. Consider what follows as being the opinion of a person who represents the hybrid consumer.
The focus for sale of the web related products I have tried center on "ease of use" advertising. My opinion is that ease of use should be inherent to your products by now and as a result should become a secondary marketing strategy and focus for development. One of the unfortunate trends I have begun to notice is similarity of offered images. When I evaluate your products I look for something new and exciting in your templates and samples. I am asking that you consider giving the consumer new visual images and graphics, improved variety of templates and an irresistible offering of samples. Make this also your advertising focal point supplemented by "ease of use" and as a consumer I will fall down at your developmental feet and praise you....so long as my cat doesn't get in the way.
