Have a look at www.plesk6resellers.com we've been using them for 2 years with no problems.
Very nice and open is techbrink.com
Owner name is Rob and mostly also online for support 24/7
Very cheap I have been with them after the total daily downtime at valcato hosting.
Now for a year with NO problems and great service!
Downtime is 95 percent prior announced by them, this for upgrade!
