All servers have been unplugged since Thursday/Friday.

Support is non-responsive - will not return any clients emails. I've traced IP address to He.net/lightning.net. They are doing a trace on it now, but your help would really be appreciated.

Can anyone tell me who en-host.com is a reseller for? Or, at least if you know of any other companies the resell this IP address 216.66.18.101 can you tell me who they are?

I want to get to the bottom of this. My aim is not to demand my money back (though I should). My aim is simply to get a hold of my files so that I can move to a more responsive/reliable host. Please email me at pdxmom2203@yahoo.com

I knew that it was with Hurricane, but I didn't know about tailoredservers.com. Wow - thanks for the info. How did you find that out?

Yeah - I was with en-host then. And Jonathan pretty much was impossible to get a hold of then too (though it was better than now). I stuck with him - partly to give him a second chance, and partly because I was lazy. Now I'm paying the price. I'm going to start searching for a new host tommorrow.

Like a fool I didn't have disc-back ups for two of Eight the sites hosted at en-host. One because I didn't build it and I only set up the hosting. And one that was a pretty big/custom osc store. I'm bummed about the osc store because it will take lots of work to rebuild.

But, I'm totally stressed about the other site because I don't have a backup. I'm going to have to see if their former web master has one. If not, I'm stuck rebuilding the site for them - and it has TONS of pictures. If that happens I"m gonna lose money and look like a schmo - bad for business.
