"Linux" isn't descriptive enough. Do you want patches for the Linux kernel? If so, hit http://www.kernel.org

Otherwise, if you are refering to a particular distribution of Linux, hit the vendor's website. For RedHat, for example, hit http://www.RedHat.com

Most distributions release patches and updates as bugs are fixed and holes are plugged; RedHat is pretty good with this usually, as are most of the major distributions.
