I'm selling my website, http://www.websiteretail.com. This website was developed by me (PHP & MySQL) and it provides a place for people to advertise their websites or other internet assets (domain names, templates, etc.) that are for sale.

Seller features include:

instant account creation
instant ad creation
automatic posting of payments made (makes use of Paypal IPN)
ad editing
image management
a resource page (for the new owner to post any resources he'd like to provide to his users, like discounted hosting, for instance)...

Admin features include:

editing control over all account information
editing control over all ads and images
a mailing list manager (to mail a particular seller, all sellers, or generate a mailing list)...

Feel free to visit the site and create a seller account to take it for a test drive. The site is not LIVE because it was created for the purpose of selling it, but it IS a working site so you can see the features.

I noticed that your site is PHP-based because I'm a PHP developer :P That's cool... It looks pretty good :P
