Currently I have over 100 clients in Hong Kong and is using cPanel

Well, they are mostly not familiar to cPanel....

Should I upgrade which one first?

- rvskins which support Traditional Chinese ---- $99USD
- demodemo.com.....well although is not chinese ---- $99USD

Which one is more better off?

If your clients are more comfortable with Chinese, I would say go with rvskins Traditional Chinese first since they would be working with that for a long time to come. And it will also give you a competitive edge since you cater for a valuable segment of the market.
