Just wondering if anyone here as transferred their site from Webfusion?

I send off the cancellation form 2 weeks ago, still nothing!

The support people say I have to contact the accounts people. I've sent them 2 emails now, but still no reply.

These people are hard to deal with, when I tried to create or cancel my account I needed to snail mail my information for them to cancel it.
