I was with reseller-center for two months (ended 1 Dec 03 - I'm still monitoring their servers).

They are new as of Aug of 2003 (I believe), but the uptime was great (they had a couple of problems), the customer support was the best.... If you go to the forums you can read about all problems, solutions, times it took to fix.

For the price, they can't be beat. If I decide to step into website hosting, RC is on my very, very short list of companies I'd pick.

We have an account with ourinternet.us all their servers are win2003. Also they give you the most space I've seen.
