We're looking for someone who can run a dedicated IRC server for us at an affordable price. We would like to have shell and ftp access.

Just read some of the older posts on the horrors of IRC servers. I want to make it clear that we're a legitimate business and all we really need is a server that our staff can use. Our webhost can't run a chat service for us and many of the chat suites cost more than the subscription to our webhost.

Theres plenty of shell hosts out there that let you run ircds at maybe 20/month or less..
