Does anyone know a good resource for learning how to write an effective terms and conditions, aup, etc...

I don't want to copy my dedicated providers toc, aup etc...

Thanks...

by the way I only want to spend money on a lawyer as a last resort...

I highly suggest spending the money on a lawyer. PROTECT YOURSELF and your customers. My life got much easier after I let an attorney take care of this for me. oh.. as far as the AUP.. I suggest taking your providers AUP word for word, or at least making a few mods for your own needs. It will save you trouble later on when you have problems with your customers.

Agreed.

Whatever boiler plate you use and/or modify have a lawyer look it over too.
