my server is down maby for 4 days
and i opened a ticked there is no respond
and i waited for them online on msn messenger
no body came online
Can any body help me guys .....

i tried but i doesn't ring i tried 100000000 times

If this is for a dedicated server, you should have received a cell # with your initial sign-up email. You may want to use that #.

Edit: When was the TT submitted?

I signed up with them for a power reseller package... asked them a question through the ticket and nothing happens... pm here no reply yet.... how long do they answer tickets anyway?

I thought they had good support?

I don't plan on calling them everytime, since Im not from the US, the bill will kill me if I have to do this everytime....

He used to reply very soon. Not sure for this time though.

I'm sure that you realize "20:34:59 up 9 days," doesn't validate whether or not you can access sites on that server. As of right now the www link in the thread starters post returns a 403 error. When he said it was down perhaps that is what he was talking about?

I don't want to go into too much other than to say, there are no accounts on the server to manage even if we wanted to assist them with managing them.
