That might be a little difficult, considering that many DSL companies can barely stay afloat charging twice that price (like my provider).

Telocity and Earthlink are the most stable players at this point. Their prices are around $49/month last time I looked.

You might head over to http://www.dslreports.com where you can search for providers available in your area, read customer reviews, etc.
