we have two ISPs:
when i login through the 1st, it directs me to the OLD server
and the 2nd directs me to the new server, the right one

i found this out by pinging the domain i am accessing through each connection. this is vey frustrating because when my client logs in to his email account in that domain through the 1st ISP he gets an empty email box which resides on th OLD server (all emails are being delivered to the new server), and when he logs in through the 2nd, he receives the proper server and email access.

is there a way that I can get the new server IP to propagate properly on the 1st ISP???

Was the first ISP ever hosting your domain name? if so it may be nessicary to have them remove your domain name from their zones in order for this switch to happen.

no, the 1st ISP never hosted my site on their server, but i use them only to access the internet.
