I need to hire someone to help manage customer services for my hosting company. It will be someone between the owner and the help desk support techs. You will need to oversee the help desk, make sure the customers are being treated correctly and intervene when needed. You will oversee billing, and deal appropriately with deadbeats. You will reply to sales inquiries if I don't get to them first. You should understand the issues a hosting company faces with customer service. You don't have to be a server admin, but it would help to understand how a server works.

I would like to pay a specified amount per customer. So, when the company grows, you get more. It makes sense that way, since the amount of work you'll do is tied to how many customers we have. I don't mind age as much as I'm concerned with professionalism, and availability. It maybe only a couple hours a week total to start with (we're still a small company), but it will be a few minutes here, a few minutes there. I'm looking for someone who would like to grow with the company, and free up some of my time to let me do more marketing. Plus, I'm not good with customers.
