these urls above seem to work fine for me.

Also any recommendations on a real merchant account with low cost setup for someone like me in Australia. Planetpayment how much are their rates?

You can only accept MasterCard and Visa
You can't made recurring charge, You have to do it manually everymonth :(
Something pretty boring if you have to do it with over 100 customers.

I think that planetpayment rates are a bit higher
But the setup fee is around $595 If I not bad remember.
