There is no illegal software on the machine. The only thing i could possibley think you might think that of would be the ROMs, in which case they are not illegal if you own the actual game and you are using it as a backup (THUS, the statement "to be deleted or left on system per request").

Everything else is full version, actual licensed software, that i bought, and saling with system, and CD and keys are included, and will be shipping inside the CD carrying case along with the system.
