Hey everyone, Nine-One is selling this high quality design. As you can see once you view it, it was originally for another company, however they opted out as the site neared completion.

Everything is completely customizable, or in the case of the flash, removable (a friend suggested the design may look better without the flash, but it was there because GITS wanted it there).

Well, it is a nice design, but if you take the header out (another company), and the flash square thingy, then you're left with a pretty basic nav. bar and a sub nav. bar (darker under it), and that's about it. I'm not sure what would be $100+ to be honest?

The bid is at $100 because I got an offer for $100

And realistically the graphics are much more than basic, and they make up the design.
