If i cancel an email from my paypal account and make another person add that same email to their paypal account will the subscription payments be sent to him? or will the subs get cancelled on deletion of the email from my account?

Well, it'll still be sent to him.

But, is it really safe? Considering you opened the account under your name with your personal info? Your CC/Bank info?

Have you contacted Paypal & asked them if you're allowed to transfer accounts or not?

I'm not very farmiliar with their policies.

I am only transferring one of my 4 email addresses. I still keep my PayPal account. If the person registers the cancelled email in his paypal account would he receive the paypal subscription payments.

Once you delete the email from your paypal account the old email address will never receive emails from paypal again regarding your own account. I have switched emails twice, one of them being transfered to my partner so he could use it with his paypal account. Also, when you delete an email address on paypal, any subscriptions tied to that email address will be automatically canceled, both incoming and outgoing.
