I know citadelhost had some server troubles the last few months. I'm just wondering how things are now. Any citadelhost customers care to comment?

Until now no downtimes from the last down because of EV1 hardware :)

Still excellent... I just hope that the downtime will be minimal in the upcoming server transfer and no data will be lost.

I use Citadel and have had no problems with them at all. Jon has been doing v.good with his support too.

When it comes to hard drives it is not a question of if but when they will fail. We hosts must take the appropriate actions to ensure that disaster recovery measures are in place.

They're being transfered to ThePlanet.

They cant go wrong there! All of our new servers are purchased with The Planet.

I hope the service is better for Citadel there. From what Jon has related on the forum, it sounds like EV1 gave him PLENTY of reasons to switch.

We have been at The Planet since May. They should be very happy there.
