I am posting/ starting this thread to see who is out there and ready to compete as a strong team in the computer industry. Please just Private Message/PM me with something short, all of the stuff that you think could be important between me and you. It could range to what you are good and not good at too maybe a starting salary due to a family needing to eat and a mortgage for a roof over your family's head as well.

Some quick notes with more details:
1.PAYMENT – will work like this, basically as a team I-We will decide WHAT IS FAIR. A good example would be straight down the middle, and that some kid will not be 5.15 an hour while everyone else gets 100 hour because they think they are special and run windows xp. And in that case donations via pay pal or something might be made to also help support open source developers tight on cash if need be plus the kid would be moved up to 15 an hour. :)

2.EXPERTISE – and all of the stuff you know, basically we cannot have people on the phone on hold or waiting. If you think that microsoft windows xp is the most secure os and you rub it into everyones face, I AM SORRY!

Is this for a business?

What type of experience and knowledge are you looking for? What will the purpose of the jobs be?

I must say, nothing is clear so far.

Its great when u play game or test someone’s IQ , but when you are looking to built a team , its always good to be as descriptive as possible.

You post above looks like CIA is sending some massage to his agent lol sorry to be funny but this is the way it looks.

I would request if you really want to have good team , post complete details of your expectations and deliverables, that will help both you and the prospects.

Thanks

ok ... if your eyes start hurting its not my fault!

FIRST off your gonna get most of the information you were looking for by going to http://www.computersteroids.com and other parts of the site are in the works like http://hosting.computersteroids.com

SECOND i always seem to have a lot of ideas into making a strong competive company but never have the time SO I WANTED TO SEE WHO WANTS TO WORK AS A TEAM AND PITCH IN ANY IDEAS THEY HAD TO STAY COMPETIVE

THIRD i am currently or havent yet done any BIZZ to MAKE A PENNY and I THINK I WOULD TRY AND WORK OUT SOMETHING WITH THE PEOPLE IN THIS "FORMING TEAM" otherwise i was thinking of something along the lines
"YOU WILL BE PAID FAIRLY AND SQUARELY FOR EVERY THING YOU DO" almost like hourly/contract or a better way is for every in of effort you get paid x amount of cash

FOURTH people who understand WHY A PROBLEM EXIST and dont want to give a customer a terrible time on the phone

for example: a customer might tell you they had trouble on applying an extra ip address to a private dedicated server and are ubable to bring it back up after restarting it and stuff, you could contact the people at the data center and obviously know that something like this would be a network issue because the ip configurations prolly messed up PLUS i would like people who know how to apply the new ip address configuration properly so that we can encourage us easily helping them so we dont run into problems in the first place

ALSO I would like a team because someone can submit a ticket or go into the support forms and we can post information to help each other out and get things resolved quicker

Based on your first post it looks like you are wanting to get some experts together to offer expert advice on networking and other server related issues.

A few questions that might help answer other peoples questions.

1. Who are the clients going to be?

2. Where are you going to get these clients?

3. You said You will decide what each people gets paid... So the workers will be working for free possibly unless you decide to pay?

4. What will the people you hire going to be classified as; contract, employee or volunteer?

5. Where are You located and how do we know you will not make sure do work for your clients or you and then not get paid. Basically is there going to be a binding contract? Are you legal to sign a contract? By this I mean are you of age and in the USA if this is where the work is to be done?

I think those are some basic questions most people are going to need answered before offering to start helping.

You might want to check the spelling on your website I saw several mistakes in the few seconds I was looking at it. ;)

Great for websites that need some small amount of scripting with a MySQL and PostgreSQL Database. E-mail is included and unlimited bandwidth as usual. Just limited space on a Unix user directory that includes FTP to.
