I don't think I have ever known a new host have so many new signups at forum to praise a company in the offers forum.

Nor several IP addresses from the same city as the topic starter and some proxy IP's as well.

Seems to be a problem with the trouble ticket system, still no reply to my email !

Initial replies to pre-sales emails were very quick, unfortunately post sales doesn't seem very good :-(

yeah no reply on the ticket system but i've had my site for 1 week and the technical support etc is AMAZING. i got a reply within 1 hour in the middle of the day IN THE UK. I would recomend this t anyone!

anon-e-mouse; fixed the problem. Of course we dont have 125,000 customers and i dont know what kind of mistake it was but it's fixed. We werent lying to anyone since we told everbody that we have over 300 customers. It was just a small mistake on our website.

Our ticket system is down for only 3 days. We are upgrading to new system. You will like our new system such as forum and other support services, but as you know we do have 24/7 phone and e-mail support. Live chat is online over 18 hours. When you send an e-mail, you will hear back from us at the most in 3 hours.

By the way, we have our Ticket system up since we had so many complaints so you can use it now on. We will upgrade the system without closing our Ticket system.

125,000 to 300, small mistake!!!

At least we didnt lie to our customers and said "yes we do have 125,000 customers" . I dont think anyone ever heard an answer like that from our sales department. Also i dont think anyone would care about some numbers while they have the best customer service and really fast service. We didnt even notice that mistake until you guys told us. We rather workin on our customers problems than working on our spelling errors. That's why you dont hear any bad experiences about customer service. Also it's fixed so i guess we have nothing to talk about it. Let's talk about our fast service and cheap prices!!. ;)

I have asked some people, here and there, and they say that overselling might happen.
(It seems that you don't put any restrictions on the number of users reseller accounts can have)
Can you guarantee that overselling will not happen?
Can we get a few specifications on your servers and internet connexion? (how many users per server?, etc)
Also, what is your "guaranteed" uptime, if any guarantees? It doesn't say anywhere.

I did get an email directing me to this forum to give comments after my signup was complete, so they could be real account owners just following the email.

Soliciting recommendations is looked down on here. Recommendations after being with a host for less than a day mean even less than solicted ones.

Yeah maybe it's sad for all other hosting companies BUT yes we do get 5-8 new signups everyday. Please contact with these people and talk to them, ask them about their websites. What is wrong with leveing feedback with no msgs. Since we had our ad. as sticky we wanted to have some feedback so we told our customers to reply here. We dont know if they have million msgs or not. We just told them to leave some feedback if they want and they did leave some. I will ask mod. to let all you guys know that IPs and even the cities are different. If you feel like they are not real go ahead and talk to them. Also some of them has 1 msgs but they registerd 2 months ago!. How hard can it be to send a PM and talk one of them or all of them if you want. Also i think 3 of them are with us over 6 months now and we just sent the e-mail to 15 people so we can have some feedback. Even if we woulda picked the ones who's been with us for long time they'd be a new member. Some of our feedbacks came from customers who's been with us over 6 months and some of them only 2 weeks. Not all of them are new signups!. Like i said go talk to them about the service.

I dont understand why there are so many harsh posts towards the guy lol Geez I mean some of you are harsh! Just let the man be, I am sure if someone doesnt like his service you will read about it sooner or later, but so far it seems clean to me..give him a chance instead of doubting every dang post he has so far on this thread

That doesn't mean they are not registered by the same user. Somebody could have used different proxy to sign up for each account.

Won't that violate some sort of privacy rule or something? I once asked a host if he can name me a site he hosts just so that I can test the speed, etc, but he says that he has to protect his clients' privacy.

Sure YUPAPA, also if you'd like, i can give you all the passwords for my clients... When someone ask us for a website to see how fast we are, we give them only 2 or 3 websites at the most and those website's owners are cool with that other then that we dont give our clients websites out. As i said i dont have to sit here and prove that our feedbacks are from different people to some other hosting company owners with issues. If you dont believe go ahead and talk to them on your own ask. If you dont have anything to say please dont ruin our ad. Instead of ruining our ad. and wasting your time here go and help your customers so we wont be the only one who helps their customers 24/7 ;)

Let's see on friday we will have montly packages. We've been in this business for 2 years unless you call that a new.
