I have sent two emails over the last 2 days - no reply. Their ICQ and 'Live Person' thingy always seem to be offline. I know they are in the middle of a migration and on a different time, but over 2 days without a response to a message seems a bit excessive to me.

Anybody else have similar experience?

Maybe we have to be a bit more patient while the server move takes place, but I think there is no excuse for not answering to e-mails. At least they should send an automatic reply, telling that there will be a delay in answering e-mails.

You can't afford to wait if the question is in regard to the migration itself.
