But I would like to see a rule about members disclosing the facts about themselves, mainly their age when making posts such as this one.

To the best of my knowledge, NickGuru is either 14 or 16, which in the USA would make him ineligible to enter into any type of contract, thus, making it almost impossible for a legal partnership.

Again, not to flame YOU personally!!! But just something that I think needs to be added to posts. This also goes for "Seeking Employment" posts plus several other types.

Using my psychic powers I'm going to guess that he's 42, give or take a year (maybe two). :)

Well you did discredit his post... how about you look at the WHT rules about responding on somebody's advertising post.

My information about his age is based on an AIM chat we had. I asked him to do a job for me and during the chat, I asked his age.... NOT 42, give or take a year.
