I'm looking for an online site building program that we can add to our hosting packages. We're going to use the H-Sphere control panel and offer their their SiteStudio program as a freebie. But I also want to offer a more comprehensive site building program that we can charge for.

I've found a couple of good ones, but they want monthly charges and they don't give the customer ownership of their content. I have big problems with that.

So, I'm looking for an alternative that is good, but also won't cost me a fortune to deploy.
