I havent noticed any downtime at all today myself, and I have been constantly conected to my server for the past 4 hours.

The problem appears to originate at one of our local ISPs - their one nameserver (core2b-rba.nmszone.is.co.za) cannot resolve the rackshack.net domain (and others too, I presume). I've done a traceroute from another ISP's website, and could see the site from there ...

This could be related to the WTC attacks - the ISP in question www.is.co.za (http://www.is.co.za) was connected to a backbone located close to the WTC.
