Nice to see in the face of tragedy the parasites are still out trying to make a buck off it.

Actually i heard a report on the radio, this evening that Street vendors in new york are selling t-shirts with the slogan "Terror in NewYork" or "America under Attack" With a pic of the WTC.

There are t-shirts already. You could see a whole table full of them in Chinatown. You could also buy all the other patriotic gear that people tend to pick upp even if without any tragedy they wouldn't give two thoughts to anything like it. Hats, buttons, flags. That's American capitalism at its best.

I honestly don't have a problem with people selling domains, t-shirts, flags, etc. If everyone is so offended by it, no one will buy them. I'm saving the newspapers, but maybe someone else wants a t-shirt to wear around to remind others of what happened. So be it.

I dont have a problem with it either. I dont care to have a tshirt like that....although there has been a sale-out of just the plain US tshirts here with red-white-blue to support rescue efforts, U.S., etc.
Same thing with flags---> sold out.

Actually, on Friday there was at least one vendor in midtown giving away WTC-related t-shirts. It was even a pretty nice-looking shirt, but I declined because the message on them wasn't one I wanted to support.

Is someone giving stuff away still a "vendor?"

I just called competitive domains

For those who dont know, we had a small office in WTC.

I have asked for them to call us back, so we can resolve the situation to them trying to profit off this tragedy.

I think anyone who is making money from this needs to donate it all to Red Cross or any non profit organization that is helping with this tragic situation.

My thought's exactly... While the Red Cross is reporting a huge swell of donations the size of this disaster, and it's ongoing costs are going to chew through any amount of funding in a short space of time.
