I almost wasn't surprised when you said it wasn't; since it's using copyrighted photos and music presumably without permission I could see someone pursuing it -- even though it's clear that the intent behind it is noble enough. it disappeared for 5 minutes then came back - wierd.
Anyways, I made it into a flash screen saver for my pc :)
